De grote prijs van Monaco telde dit weekend wel een hoop krasse uitspraken:
Villeneuve over Montoyas Brake-test:
"It could have left me and a few people in the hotel dead. You have to say it was extremely dangerous,"
Ralf Schumacher over Michael Schumachers onverwacht inhaalmaneuver:
"He's crazy. He should have switched on his brain before trying a move like that. Another millimetre and one of us could have been dead"
Bernie Ecclestone over Michael Schumacher:
""Schumacher can win the title, there are still 140 points at stake"
Rubens Barrichello over Michael Schumachers inhaalmaneuver:
"He took a gamble for an extra point. But, if I hadn't moved out of the way, we would have crashed and lost the points we earned today.
"I don't want to destabilise the team, but I have spoken to Michael and Jean Todt. A few years ago I wouldn't have said anything, and I don't suppose this will now change anything."
Peter Sauber over Villeneuves inhaalmaneuver:
"De actie van Jacques heeft ons vijf punten gekost. Met die punten hadden we het gat met onze directe concurrent Red Bull kunnen dichten. Dit is het ergste wat je als team kan gebeuren."
Mark Webber over Heidfeld:
"Then
unfortunately Nick passed me at the second stop and we were both again held up by Alonso, who was struggling with his tyres."
Ik hou eigenlijk wel van Monaco. Altijd wel wat
