In artikel 149i staat echter geen straf genoteerd, enkel wat verderop in artikel 149 staat specifiek stop & go of 10 sec. penalty voor inhalen in de eerste ronde na safetycar.
Ik vind niets specifiek op negeren rood licht, dus geen idee of black flag hier moest.
