Tommy84. Yesterday, at the Belcar First Race, the officials deemed that the GPLK-Corvette had a non-legal diffuser. It was 165mm above ground level, instead of 150mm prescribed by the regulations. Longin and Kumpen say that the Corvette (which is the one they used in FIA GT last year) wasn't changed, and that it had already been checked by FIA officials. So now those two are pissed off. Only at 18:35h yesterday, the officials told that the Corvette was fully legal and now some people think that the officials favour GLPK above all the others teams (which is clearly not the fact).
Now, Koen Wijckmans of the RACB, explained that there may be some misinterpretation of the rules.
