Even een stuk van 1 van de mailtjes publiek maken van Carsten Bube.
Er was namenlijk een 'misunderstanding' gebeurt in de communicatie met enkele teams ivm de deelnemingskosten ivm het evenement.

Hello Mr Renders,

it would be great if you can make our race a little more public in Belgium. I don't know
if you already visit our homepage: www.24-bahrain.com
You can change into english language by clicking on the flag. Under "competitors"
you can download the regulation, entry form and informations referring logistics and
accomodation.

Unfortunately there are some bad rumours concerning costs. We published the full
costs for one team with appr. 18.000 Euro without regarding the pure racing costs.
Within the 18.000 Euro are included:

- entry fee (including all fuel costs!!!!): 2.350 Euro
- shipping (Europe-Bahrain, paddock, Europe): 4.500 Euro
- flights and accomodation (4* hotels) for 10 persons, 7 days!!!!!
- 2 rental cars for 7 days
- catering in the paddock during the event

Many people only read 18.000 Euro and don't read the details. Our intention was to
give some help to calculate the entire costs. This is an example for a team with 10
people and we think that this is a fantastic offer. If you eliminate the entry fee and
shipping (6.850 €) you only have to pay 1.115 Euro for each person. If you want to fly
first class and you wish to stay in a 5* hotel it would be more expensive. As I told this is
an example and you can vary the number of persons. Our authorised travel agency
(M&C Travel Events) will help every team to organise the trip. Also the cargo agent
(MSK Moderne Spedition Konzept GmbH) who is very experienced in Bahrain will
help every team. He has also installed several pick-up stations in Europe.

You can do us a great favour if you can publish this informations to the Belgian teams
to avoid more missunderstanding. Thank you in advance!

I made a little mistake when I told you a Panoz would race in Bahrain. It's a Marcos
from a German private team. They also have a Panoz but at the moment they have
some problems with the car. Unfortunately we still have no entry from Willie Moore but
we still have some time until the official entry close.

Best regards
