De rest van de races trekt ook geen toeschouwers. Dus niet een specifiek Belcar-probleem op Spa  Het Racing Festival was vroeger een groots festijn, het is nu nog maar een schimp van wat het ooit geweest is. Positief? Negatief? Nee, gewoon realist
