Dat lijkt me toch een aardig foutje qua infrastructuur m.b.t. de circuitopbouw. Die FIA-draad stelt niets voor. Normaal zouden muur en draad gescheiden moeten zijn, soort van dubbele veiligheid. De Roemenen plaatsen alles in een blok beton. Gaat de muur erhaan, dan volgt de FIA-draad vanzelf.
