Nog zo'n bedenking waarom Verstappen zijn ster kan stralen in de endurance............
Kan het niet zo zijn omdat de kwaliteit van de overige coureurs van een dusdanig nivo is dat een op bepaalde vlakken talentvolle Verstappen het makkelijk wint van de rest? Anders gezegd, menig middelmatig tot slecht formule coureur staat opeens vooraan in de endurance-racerij? Het ultieme voorbeeld op dit moment? Xavier Maassen, 9 jaar lopen prutsen in de FFord, FR 2.0 en FR 3.5 en nu opeens het mannetje in de grand cru FIA GT 2008!!
