The RSR's 4 litre engines should be already in use. Manthey has one in VLN, Felbermayr also had one at the 1000k at Spa. They are quite well spread now and should be in use.
Good thing is Porsche managed to keep the fuel comsumption low, so they have an advantage over the Ferrari who make up time in the 2nd sector whereas the Porsches earn their time in sectors 1 and 3 with superior topspeed.
Virgo ran a low mixture at Spa to keep with the Felbermayr pitwindow - that means less power than usual.

Wednesday's parade timing
15.00 FIA GT Championship – Total 24 Hours of Spa Parade from the Circuit to Spa
16.00 - 17.00 FIA GT Championship - Total 24 Hours of Spa Drivers Autograph session in Spa
17.45 – 18.15 FIA GT Championship - Total 24 Hours of Spa Drivers Briefing in Spa Casino
19.00 FIA GT Championship - Total 24 Hours of Spa Parade from Spa to Circuit

The drive back to the circuit is the common time from the previous years, but I'm not too sure about the drive to Spa Casino. I think it's been earlier the years before.
Never the less you have to be early as the police closes the road for the parade and with a typical lack of organisation it might be an hour before the cars come...
I'd suggest you watch the way back to the circuit at the La Source roundabout, good action there
