FIA GT3 en FIA GT4 maken gebruik van een tm-logo op hun site. Die namen lijken me dus beschermd..........gaat dus alleen om de naam. Je zou dus een probleem krijgen lijkt me zo als je een klasse DSMEC GT3 of DSMEC GT4 gaat noemen. Dat is echter niet het geval 
Als alle partijen akkoord zijn hebben we natuurlijk ook niks te azijn zeiken in deze kwestie  Mocht dat niet het geval zijn, schrijf jij of ik een briefje naar Nelie Smit-Kroes  ?
