F3 Masters naar Zolder ?
Volgens de hier welbekende website Racexpress zou de Masters of Formula 3 verhuizen naar Zolder. http://www.racexpress.nl/index.php?nav=Artikel&nid=5929

op 10/10s zei iemand genaamd "EUROBOSS" dat Zandvoort en Zolder maandag hierover samenzitten

Berichtgeving is juist maar nog prematuur. Het DPP weekend op Zolder is feitelijk ideaal. Euroseries komen dan vanaf Zandvoort (DTM) en F3 GB van Spa (24H). Alleen het Duits kamp. heeft een race, maar deze rijden toch met hele andere specs dit jaar. Ook vorig jaar was de deelname vanuit Recaro F3 minimaal.
De toegang zou gratis moeten worden. Het is verder uiteraard onzeker of BP het event wil sponsoren.
Maar het is inderdaad een serieuze overweging die prevaleert boven de Masters tijdens de A1 GP. Dan zou het event immers volledig in de schaduw staan van A1 en heeft F3 GB haar laatse race in Rockingham.

Tijdens het Dutch Power Pack? Dan hebben ze voldoende tijd om de F3 in te plannen. Was vorig jaar een van de kortste weekends.........

Dat zou ik zeggen ja! Een beetje leven in de brouwerij is meer dan welkom, toch? We wachten maar af de komende week. De teams zouden overigens al gepolst zijn. Zijn wat problemen met de bandenkeuze....(Kumho)

Klopt. Die wagens reden in het Duits kampioenschap echter op Hankook-"Holzreifen" en voor de Masters moesten ze dan op Kumho overstappen. Moet je dus geen wonderen verwachten en dat weten de teams uit het Duits kampioenschap maar al te goed. Daarom zijn ze ook wel blij nu de deal met Yokohama rond is, want die band is maar minimaal trager dan de Kumho, raakt veel sneller op temperatuur dan de Hankook. Maar da's alweer een ander verhaal en past niet meteen in dit topic.

Masters naar Zolder? Laat ze maar komen, hoewel ik hoogstwaarschijnlijk toch al een paar F3-races in Duitsland zal meepikken. Voor mij zijn F3's een streling voor het oog, dus daar krijg ik nooit genoeg van

Het nec formule renault rijd misschien ook op zolder zijn races ipv
tijdens de masters op zandvoort, bron italiaracing

Alhoewel BP zeer zeker geen onbekende is Circuit Zolder, een grote pief van BP wil nog weleens een wedstrijdje rijden op Circuit Zolder. Wellicht dat de verbindende factor tussen CPZ en CZ deze connectie is?

NEC F Renault was sowieso al ingepland op dit weekend, staat ook op hun kalender. www.necup.com
Verder op programma: BMW cup, Swift cup, Seat cup, Clio cup, F ford allen 2 races. Morgen weten we meer!
Wellicht dat het uitgevallen weekend van Masters kan worden verreden bij Spa EuroRace (zelfde weekend). De NL rijders zouden hier zeeeeer blij mee zijn!!!

The BP Ultimate Masters of F3 has been confirmed for Zolder on 3-4-5 august!

Nu dan eindelijk officieel!! Masters of F3 naar Zolder in 2007
3-4-5 augustus 2007 met DPP, NEC F Renault, Euroboss en demo.
