en hoe moet het dan voort met williams ....

Als BMW alles zelf gaat doen in zwitserland ... en zal williams in het beste geval enkel nog een soort klantenmotor krijgen van BMW

Toch wel een zware afknapper ... aangezien andere topmotoren niet voor het rapen liggen ...
Volgens mij hangen er pikzwarte wolken boven de williams fabrieken

er valt wel een deal te doen met cosworth. Die zoeken nog een team voor hun V8's

Daarnaast is Toyota niet tevreden over de deal met Midland-Jordan vanwege de slechte prestaties die de EJ15 laat zien. Gevolg? Stickertjes met Toyota zijn nauwelijks zichtbaar..........

De heetste roddel uit de paddock van Montreal zou zijn dat BMW voor het luttele bedrag van 270 miljoen USDollar de complete handel van Sauber heeft overgenomen. De verspreiders van dit nieuws waren de malloten O. Mol en de tandarts van SBS6..........

Sauber en BMW hebben voor deze namiddag een persconferentie gepland. Dat kan maar 2 dingen betekenen: Sauber krijgt volgend jaar BMW klantenmotoren of Sauber wordt volledig overgekocht door BMW. Waarschijnlijk het laatste.

BMW heeft de aandelen van Peter Sauber overgekocht en hoopt in de volgende 3 jaar de aandelen van Credit Suisse gekocht.

BMW kan volgend jaar een klantenmotor leveren aan Williams. Dat wordt Williams-Cosworth volgend jaar, als je het mij vraagt...

Cosworth dat kan je toch geen topmotor noemen...Volgens mij zit men met een serieus probleem bij Williams. De Mechachrome beelden doemen al op

De ontwikkeling van de Cosworth 2.4 V8 is al redelijk ver gevorderd. De motor draait makkelijk 20000 toeren en produceert 850 pk op de testbank. Zeker niet slecht te noemen.

Wel leuk voor Peter Sauber dat hij erin geslaagd is om de fabriek in Hinwil te houden. Dat was zowat de enige echte vereiste die hij had (en de nodige euros natuurlijk).

't Zou nogal stom zijn om die tamelijk nieuwe windtunnel daar maar voor niets te laten staan ook he!
Maar ik zie eigenlijk niet in waarom BMW volgend jaar niet gewoon een klantenversie aan Williams zou willen leveren, resultaten verwachten ze volgend jaar toch nog niet met Sauber, en dan het eerste jaar met een V8, dan zijn twee wagens erbij toch goed voor heel wat extra testkilometers!
Maar Williams moet ook nog altijd willen natuurlijk
