Cappellari en Gollin lijken wel in een "geluksjaar" te zitten. Nadat ze in Monza de zege cadeau kregen door de communicatieproblemen bij Bobbi-Gardel, werd deze overwinning hen ook al in de schoot geworpen. Deze keer na een ellenlange pitstop van de Lamborghini, die een zeer opgemerkt debuut maakte en voor mij persoonlijk de rijzende ster van het FIA GT weekend was.
Weetje : de motor van de Lambo werd in de Belgische ateliers van Breuer ontworpen en klaargestoomd.

Die Lambo is nu al snel en betrouwbaar. Goed voor de rest van het siezoen. Als de Saleens nu eens een ganse wedstrijd snel konden zijn waren we goed op weg.

Ernst Breuer is reeds sinds 2003 bezig met de ontwikkeling van de motor voor deze Lambo. De man ontwikkelde ook de Mercedes motor voor de Pagani Zonda Gr, de 6 liter in 2003 en de 7 liter motor waarmee dit jaar aangetreden wordt.
