Zakspeed in zwaar weer?
Vanmiddag kwam ik op het forum van racing1.de een topic tegen over een juridisch onderzoek tegen o.a. Peter Zakowski, zie dit topic.

Inmiddels staat op the-paddock.net ook een klein artikeltje over dit onderzoek, zie dit artikel.


Als dit op vervolging uitdraait dan ziet het er niet goed uit voor Zakspeed. Ook als men vrijgesproken wordt dan is het natuurlijk slechte reclame voor betrokkenen.

Heb het ook gelezen, ben er redelijk teleurgesteld door, Zakspeed is mijn lievelingsteam in FIA GT.

Volstrekt terecht als de beschuldigingen juist zijn. Niemand staat boven de wet Igg, voldoende redenen om a.s. woensdag de Motorsport Aktuell te kopen.

Lees wekelijks Motorsport Aktuell, maar de twee laatste uitgaves hebben nog geen woord geschreven over "het geval Zakspeed".
Nochtans zijn die op de hoogte van heelwat Duitstalig racenews...

Ik heb op het forum van racing1.de gelezen dat het meeste personeel ontslagen is.

Het zal zich nu wel snel uitwijzen aangezien het grootste deel van het personeel idd niet meer in dienst is.
Zakowski is privaat failliet en Zakspeed heeft een rechtszaak aan de broek van Opel wegens het niet teruggeven van 2 racewagens.

Als ze terecht zijn dan is het niet meer dan juist, maar ik mag het persoonlijk wel spijtig vinden. Vond de wagens van het team uit het verleden wel zeer mooi en dan denk ik aan de Ford Capri en de bmw M3 van eric van de poele. Daarom vind ik het spijtig

Is dit hetzelfde Zakspeed dat vorig jaar nog zijn naam op het lijstje kandidaten voor een 12de F1 team had staan?

Als Zakowski en Zakspeed hun boekje te buiten zijn gegaan is het niet meer dan normaal dat ze een gerechtelijke vervolging aan hun been hebben.
Puur sportief gezien zou het echter een enorm verlies zijn als een team met zo een lange en rijke autosporttraditie (DRM, DTM, ETCC, V8 Star, Groep C, Formule 1, IMSA, FIA-GT....) zou verdwijnen.
